Appearance: Arrives clear and auburn colored with just a film of a head; no lacing is delivered
Smell: Sour plum, fig and spice cake
Taste: As in the aroma, the sour plum, fig and spice cake flavors dominate the front with an acetic sour build-up, after the swallow; the finish is dry
Mouthfeel: Medium body with low to moderate carbonation
Overall: My first beer from this brewery and I am impressed; a nice clear kettle sour with crisp acidity; not funky but the spice tones are a nice addition
