Appearance: Arrives cloudy and honey colored, with streaks of lacing left behind
Smell: Pithy grapefruit along with sour and funky tones
Taste: Tropical tones of mango and papaya mix with the pithy grapefruit, with increasing bitterness through the middle; after the swallow, the funk and sour elements takeover, though the bitterness complements the wild yeast in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Really good use of Mosaic hops in a wild ale; really impressed by Wooden Robot
