Appearance: Arrives at the bar with a burnt orange hue; somewhat hazy, with a one finger head; a few shards of lacing
Smell: Sour cherry and oak tones
Taste: A hint of cherry sweetness on the tip of the tongue and then the tart aspect takes over; becomes more acetic as the flavors wave over the palate, with oak and red wine grape tones complementing the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Nice job on this sour from a brewery that is well-regarded locally but should have a place in the regional conversation
