L - pours a lightish straw yellow gold. Mild haze.
S - onions out the wazoo. Earthy and vegetal. Scallions. Sticky dank orange.
T - grassy and bitter. Onions with a mix of fresh, sweet lemon candy. Melon rind.
F - medium body and lively. Low carbonation makes this dangerously drinkable.
O - It has all the workings of a sickly sweet dank mess, but somehow retains a freshness that keeps it crisp and refreshing. Can't stress this enough, but I hope you like onions!
