A: Pours a very hazy almost murky medium to dark golden honey in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate burnt orange + dark golden yellow + orange + bright yellow + copper colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense sudsy foamy bright white head that reduces to a large patch of slightly mottled very thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy tropical/mango, citrus/grapefruit, tropical/papaya, and pine hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + oat + toasted + caramel malts with a light amount of caramel sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of biscuit + oat + toasted + caramel malts with a light amount of caramel sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy tropical/mango, citrus/grapefruit, tropical/papaya, and pine hops which impart a light to moderate amount of bitterness which fades away pretty quickly leaving light lingering citrus + tropical + pine hop flavors.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp initially with a light amount of soft/fluffiness mid-body and a moderate amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol. Really nice flavors and just enough bitterness - sort of a hybrid of a West Coast style-IPA and a NEIPA. Definitely one that I would grab again.
