This variant of Swirl It! was brewed in Collaboration with our friends at North Street Beer Co in Raleigh, NC for their 5th Anniversary. Brewed with 500 pounds of delicious raspberries, this sour ale is inspired by raspberry-vanilla swirl ice cream. Brewed with 100% local Epiphany Craft Malt and aged with our house sour culture, this beer is truly a taste of the Carolinas.
