Notes:
A collaboration with our friends at Pasta and Provisions, this Italian-Style Pilsner is brewed and dry-hopped with Zuper Saazer hops. This unfiltered lager is crisp and dry with a light kiss of herbal fruity hops.

A: Pours a very lightly hazy pale bright yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and moderate pale golden yellow + straw yellow colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense pillowy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a couple of medium sized patches of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of slightly mottled thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate to significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Just shy of moderate aromas of cracker + bready + cereal grain malts with a hint of grainy sweetness. There are light aromas of herbal, spicy, and earthy hops. Hints of lager yeast.
T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of cracker + bready + cereal grain malts with a hint of grainy sweetness. That is followed by very light flavors of lager yeast. Finally there are light to moderate flavors of herbal, spicy, and earthy hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away after a reasonable amount of time.
M: Slightly heavier than light bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a clean finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a crisp + clean refreshing mouthfeel. Enjoyable and a beer I could easily have a couple of during a session.
