This unique pale lager is fermented cold and slow and brewed with 100% NC Pilsner malt and Zuper Saazer hops. Despite the light color, this beer exhibits a surprisingly rich mouthfeel and malt character. It is best enjoyed by the mug, poured from our Lukr Side-Pull Faucet.

Served on-tap at the brewery.
A very good example of Czech pale ale get with a balanced nose of noble Zuper Saazer herbal-spicy character and bready pale malt character. Flavor is very satisfying with bready, malty but not sweet background with a good burst of noble herbal hop with low-medium bitterness. No diacetyl or off flavors. Light-medium body with even carbonation and dry finish. Excellent all-around Czech pale lager.
