Undated cork and caged bottle (Opens with a nice “POP” at 42 degrees into a hand washed and dried JK snifter, allowed to warm to 55 degrees
Aroma – hints of rum, hops
Head average (Four cm, aggressive pour), light tan, creamy with a few rocks, diminishing to an irregular eight to 15 mm ring with an irregular center caldera
Lacing poor – mostly few small islands and strings of tiny bubbles
Body medium amber, chill haze
Flavor begins with rum notes, slight malt, some fruitiness, and very faint diacetyl. It ends with some hop bitterness. No alcohol.
Palate medium, creamy, soft carbonation
