Served on tap at Monks Cafe in Center City Philadelphia.
Pours a cloudy golden orange color with foamy white head. Spicy citrus aroma with a strong lemon juice presence. Flavor very similar to aroma wit lots of lemon flavor as well as a strong spicy pepper flavor.

Appears a hazy, orange toned gold with a small white head that quickly fades out into a mild cap and hearty collar.
Smell is of tropical fruits, peaches, apricots, and spicy peppers with some freshly baked bread.
Taste is of the mentioned aromas but it seems to come together with a crisp, slightly tart wheat flavor.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, fruity, mildly tart, and decently carbonated.

On tap at the Drafting Room Springhouse
Served into a pint glass, ugh
Very cloudy appearance, hazy if it were
Smell, Big banana flavors hit first, faint hops follow closely. Some bready smells, but more banana than anything
Taste, follows suit. Big phenolic flavors, little bitterness to help things out. Some balance to the sweetness, more than average I would say. This one really doesn't taste like a Saison, but more of a Hefe-weizen.
Overall, a very different Saison. This is a good beer no doubt, and I will happily order another. But I'm just perplexed by the flavors, really drinks like a wheat beer.
