On tap at the brewpub. Poured a nice slightly hazy hue. Aroma of heavy cream malt and nice smooth flavors. A warm and sweet mothfeel and lingering taste of hops.

Hausbrauerei Altstadthof "HellesBier"
,2l vom fass / 2,00€ at the brewery on 25.09.2017
Note: Listed at 4.8% ABV; and ,20€ less than their other beers in the same size
Look: Slightly hazy golden body beneath a rocky white head that displays an average head retention and just OK lacing.
Smell: Grainy malt with some mild floral hops to round it out.
Taste: As the aroma suggests, it's grainy, almost nutty, and has a lightly floral side to it. A medium bitterness balances it and the grainy malt lingers in the finish.
Feel: Medium bodied with a smooth, median carbonation that seems natural.
Overall: Basic but good. Well balanced towards maltiness without getting too sweetish or full in body.
