Poured from a can into a pint glass. Pours red orange with a small white head. Smells of floral and citrus hops. Tastes of maltiness with citrus hop notes. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a good beer.

Look-This pours an orange blossom honey color with a white lacy head that settles to a thin film. Medium-sized carbonation bubbles can be seen slowly floating up to the silky head.
Smell-Strong notes of blueberry bubblegum and tropical fruits blast forth from the glass. I love the lack of subtlety here. I get floral notes as well. It smells like a juicy fruit burst that entices you to take a gulp.
Taste-I taste floral hops and tropical fruits such as passionfruit, papaya, and guava. I get strong citrus notes of the sweet variety such as clementine and tangerine. A light note of citrus fiber like that from a naval orange can be readily discerned among the cacophony of tropical fruits and well-balanced floral notes. It finishes with blueberry bubblegum and honeysuckle malts with a toasted grain essence. It has a silky smooth consistency almost like a nitro’d lager. The mouthfeel is medium-bodied, but with a clean wet rinse and a delicate hop resin coating on the tongue. Slight cedar pine resin can be detected from the array of alpha acids and organic compounds naturally released from the Mosaic hops.
Overall-This is an extremely delicious beer and it is quite unique as well. It reminds me of if you were to mix Scorpion Bowl, Howling Ale, and Pliny the Elder together…all of which are absolutely remarkable beers. I’m going to buy more of this beer later…it is so good!

Yeah - so it's "Masted Mosaic". Anywho - pours a dark amber with slight foam but light carbonation. In fact, i couldnt see any carbonation after it settled for awhile. No matter - this is a good beer. Much like the well-known Howling Gale but with a balanced malt backbone.

Poured a seethru auburn body with minimal head and lace. The aroma is earthy, spring-like, citric hopped up with a hint of tropical fruit and malt sweetness. Light to medium body, easy to drink, the citric hops give off a sharpness that is paired with a floral taste and some sweetness akin to grapefruit or tropical fruits with a touch of malt heft; crisp finish for this beer and overall the balance is good so it is enjoyable.

Um...it's "Masted Mosaic" not "Masthead Mosaic." Anyhow, cans were fresh (2 weeks old) when purchased. Nose is light and fresh and fairly typical of mosaic hops. Flavor is on the light side as is mouthfeel. I would have guessed this was a full point of ABV lower than it is listed at. Overall, it is a nice simple brew but not something I'd seek out. I prefer their standard Howling Gale by a bit.

This beer pours a darker color than I was expecting out of a mosaic - it’s a copper with a very small head. The smell is beautifully floral with some pine and citrus hints. The taste follows suit, with a bit of a bitter after bite.

On tap at brewery:
Pours copper with a hint of amber. A whisper of a continent lay atop this copper ocean, with the horizons showing a soapy off-white foam. Ok lacing.
Nose is the bitter skins of tropical fruit initially. The fruit itself pokes through as the beer warms. Never very strong, I get pineapple, papaya, and light tangerine. I also get a decent pine resin spice.
Taste opens with some whole grain bread maltiness coupled with that spice note - almost a tad like rye was used (it wasn't according to the menu, pale and crystal). A candied orange and pineapple note comes next, riding a bitter wave of rinds and light pine wood.
Above average carbonation, but tickling in nature; medium body to the flavor with a slightly lighter than that heft.
I really enjoyed this when I had it earlier this week. Took some warmth to bring about what I recalled from the earlier experience. It wasn't quite as smooth and a tad more bitter at the brewery. Maybe it's one that really hits its stride with a little extra time. I had it about a half a notch higher if I reviewed it then.

Pours light brown, clear with a moderate amount of very light tan head that leaves some good small sticky lacing. The aroma is milder but has some nice pine hops and caramel malts. The taste is just washed out. It has a medium body and just a hint of carbonation.
