On tap at brewery:
Pours a deep dark amber gold, with a sustaining thick white collar that has an interés uniformity to it, but no lacing.

Nose is a bit of malt, but really bubblegum and orange creme with a little pine lingering in the deep background. El Dorado seems strong in this category.

Toasted malt and a light pine open this beer. The orange lifesaver come next, more evident in my first sips than later ones. Pine resin ending is also stronger initially. I think the two flavors distinction faded with warmth, combining the candy of one hop into the resinof the other.

This beer is quite clean, medium light with light carbonation. Ending has a raw bitterness to it.

A bitter beer that would probably be a true classic west coast IPA if it weren't for the influence of the El Dorado and its unique candy aspects. I find the mix interesting enough.
