A simple grain bill of Pilsner and wheat malts with just a touch of Perle hops. Lactobacillus is added to the wort before fermentation. Tangerine and peach purées are added post-fermentation for a hint of floral aromas and a citrus finish.

On tap at brewery:
A kettle sour with fruit added post fermentation.
A dulled orange juice-looking consistently clouded body. Head might’ve been there on pour, but not when the glass got to me. A thin ring of bubbles fails to leave anything to remember it by.
Nose has a nice peach aroma backed by some wheat and classic lacto tartness. The tangerine seems to meld into the souring, though it’s noticed when sought out.
The taste has the peach and tangerine in the forefront with a slightly cheesy note. There’s a slight rubbery feel (that I usually get with oat, not wheat).
Nicely tart as far as a sour beer goes, and not overly juicy considering it’s probably a hybrid fruit beer with a kettle sour base. Pretty tasty, though at a week since release.
