I had this on tap at On Rotation this past Friday night. Poured into a tulip glass.
L: This is a beautiful beer--bright and rich with unmistakable raspberry usage. The color is quite dark which is great. Pink raspberry beers scream boring. The clarity of this beer is excellent. Very good carbonation.
S: Immediate ripe raspberry notes on the nose. Soft, floral undertones. Light funkiness. The aroma makes it clear the beer will be slightly tart but not overwhelming. Very appetizing.
T: As expected, wonderful raspberry flavors. It's clear the fruit was perfectly ripe, and tart, when used. Fruit that's too ripe can inflate the alcohol content unnecessarily and leave behind excess residual sweetness. This beer does none of that. The raspberry tartness is well-balanced with light malt sweetness though a tad more body could have been present.
F: Extremely dry and slightly tart. Carbonation is spot on for the style.
O: On Rotation's Raspberry Tart is an excellent raspberry beer. It avoids virtually all the pitfalls of this style and does so quite well. Absolutely worth a try. I will certainly have this again. I continue to be astonished at the quality of beers this brewpub puts out!

L: color of raspberry juice with a white head that has a slight pink tint. The head did not last long and there was very little lacing.
S: great smell of raspberry With an undercurrent of malt
T: raspberry at first that blends into a sour/tart finish. Very refreshing.
F: has a bite from the carbonation and a slight drying effect to the mouth. The first swallow does cause a slight pucker.
O: this is an amazing beer that I will be enjoying again
