Fermented on blackberries and finished with champagne yeast, this saison sparkles with a higher degree of carbonation and a bit of a sparkling wine quality.

L: Amber to dark Amber coloring with a nice white thick head. The head lasted through out but only a thin bit if lacing.

S and T: tartness was the first thought, but then the Blackberry kicked in and the smell became indescribably good. Made me think of Blackberry tarts, both sweet and tart. Really interesting how both smell and taste matched so well.

F: the extra bit of carbonation did not cause it to have a bite as I was expecting but instead felt refreshing. The mouth on this could get me in trouble as I could easily drink this in large amounts.

O: this was an amazing experience and one could tell that the brewer was making a beer that he would enjoy
