This Belgian saison packed with pilsner & wheat malt was fermented to complete dryness before additions of local honey from the Dallas Love Field bee hive and additional Texas wildflower honey. It's smooth & crisp with lingering honey flavor and a bouquet of floral aromas bursting from each sip.

On draught at the source 4-12-26.
Thin white head hangs out as a cap. Pale golden body with a touch of haze. Spotty, wispy lacing.
Mild aroma - honey is dominant. Light lemon with powdery and spicy yeast.
Light body, medium carbonation and dry finish.
Good.
