Deep, clear orange gold color with good white cap and lacing.
Aroma of piney, citursy hops with a decided grapefruit zest bent.
Taste is hop forward with a solid malt base. Hops play the major role here with strength and vibrancy yet the malt makes it's presence known. Fairly complex flavors well blended together from start to its clean, refreshing finish.
Medium-full texture with balancing carbonation.
With this one I feel Chandeleur is still feeling it's way as a brewery but is clearly on the right path. It has enough of what it needs to rise above ordinary without going off trail in any direction. A linear IPA, so to speak. Worth picking up a six.

Osiris has a medium, off-white head, a murky, bubbly, orange appearance, with minimal lacing and large, tan yeast chunks. Aroma is of white bread crust and orange marmalade. Taste is similar, with odd, Tang brand qualities. Mouthfeel is high medium, and Osiris finishes medium wet dry.

Incredibly hazy, turbid dark honey color with lupulin sediment floating around and up to the top. The head is 1 finger of dense foam leaving skirted lace around the glass.
Aroma of pizza dough, lupulin powder, orange peel, grapefruit, lemon rind.
A nice leafy bitterness starts this beer off, with hints of orange peel, lemon peel, and grapefruit peel. Nice nutty pale malt base holds it up from underneath. Clean finish, with lingering grassy resins.
Feel is crisp, clean, with a resinous finish.
Overall, I was starting to lose faith in the southeast's ability to make a clean IPA (or even an IPA period) but Chandeleur does some good stuff. Will be enjoying my 2nd can of this as well. Very clean, none of that toffee garbage.
