Carnival Cake Ale has a thick, off-white head and a bubbly, powder-filled, semi-clear, amber appearance, with minimal lacing. The aroma is of faint spices, but the flavor is bold, with cinnamon, vanilla, sweetness, low bitterness, and no citrus. Carnival Cake Ale has a medium body and a mostly-dry finish.

Semi transparent golden color with no head.
Aroma of burnt hair.
Flavor is like a typical blonde ale but then cinnamon and slight hop bitterness come in. Finish of cinnamon and moist cake.
Feel is refreshing, heavy carbonation, nice starches.
Overall not great but one of the more successful creative blonde beers I've had.
