On tap at Mountain Rambler.
Pours a only slightly hazy straw color that is capped with a short fluffy head. Almost no lacing.
Smells of peppery spice, some light citrus, and yeast. Very much to style.
Taste begins with a combination of a yeasty spice with pepper, then moves toward a crisp floral lemon.
Feel is less active than I anticipated for a wit.
Overall, pretty spot on for style when it comes to nose and flavor. Maybe a bit more carbonation would round this one out.
