Ale Smith Brewing 'Extra Pale Ale' @ 5.25% , served from a 650 m bottle
A-pour is a light gold from the bottle to gold in the glass with a small white head leaving a spotty lace along the pint
S-faint citrus
T-nothing extra in the taste , dissapointing
MF-ok carbonation , medium body
Ov-just an ok beer

Poured to an Ora et Labora taster.
A: Body is yellow and completely crystalline. Head, when pouring, is two fingers thick but after a while, retention is very good having literally no head at all. No lacing at all.
S: The aroma is slightly hoppy, resinous and malty. Unfortunately, it seems like this beer is a bit passed.
T: The taste is bright of good malts and a clear & crisp hoppiness. No big flavour here, seems like a session pale ale with really no big flavours around.
M: Body is low. Carbonation is medium. Bitterness is medium to low. Bitterness is low.
O: This could be a lot better when fresh. But still, looks like it's a very interesting APA when coming out of the fermentor.

Poured from a bottle into a pint glass.
Appearance: Golden with a thin white head.
Smell: Light hops and citrus.
Mouthfeel/ Taste: Very smooth medium bodied. Taste of light citrus and hops with faint bitter aftertaste taste.
Overall: Excellent IPA. Refreshing and not too overwhelming. Great summer time beer.
