Had on-tap at the brewery. Poured into a 5 oz taster goblet.
L: Clear golden pour. 2 fingers of white head. Nice lacing.
S: Saisony. Light grains... lemongrass and yeast.
T/F: Crackery grains make up the backbone. Mild flavors... lemongrass and citrus peel. Mild Belgian yeast... not as complex as I was hoping. Light bodied... easy drinking.
O: An okay saison. Nothing special... drinkable and well made... was hoping for more.
