Had on tap. Mostly clear amber body with two fingers of white foam, high carbonation evident. Smell hits brett hard, bright mandarin orange, lemon zest, and minerals too. Taste is way too brett and orange led to have great balance, which takes away from the appeal of the drinkable grisette, still a good beer overall. Feel is bretty, dry, light, very bubbly, and thin.
