16 ounce can into a tulip glass. Had 3/28/18.
Pours a mostly clear golden color, with a two inch creamy head with good retention and lots of foamy lacing. Active carbonation. Aromas of Belgian yeast, wheat, a little bread, coriander, other spices, some candi sugar, light malt, a hint of toffee. The taste mostly follows along: Belgian yeast, malt, wheat, spices, light candi sugar, a light hop bitterness throughout. Smooth, a solid, fuller body, well carbonated.
Really like this, it’s solid from top to bottom. A well executed classic saison. Certainly worth a purchase.
