Served on draft in a 300ml straight sided glass at BOtto Bar in Rio. This is a really nice saison, and a surprise from a Brazilian brewery. Has a beautiful deep golden colour, with slight cloudiness that is expected for the style. The aroma is a subtle, but is of tropical fruits. The flavour is really great.
Lots of fruity esters with a good malt backbone to balance it. My only complaint is that it's a little under carbonated for the style. I really love the moderately high carbonation of saisons, and I'm missing it here.
