The pour is a clear straw color with a white head. Opens up with a nice lemon aroma followed by cider, mild wheat, and straw. Fairly heavy on the lactic notes, a touch of sweetness, too. The flavor is quite tart and lactic. Tons of lemon and lemon zest, a mild cider note, and a touch of straw. There is just a little bit of malt sweetness with a nice spritzy feel on the tongue.
