The beer pours a lightly hazed golden orange color with a white head. Quite heavy on the floral and citrus peel hop notes. A touch of pepper, some banana sweetness, and a fair amount of bready malt. The flavor is floral and citrus hops with a fairly pronounced bitterness. Pepper, light grass, and bread are present, too. There are some nice ester notes of pear, banana, and some apple which give a bit of sweetness.
