16oz can served in a big snifter. The stamp on the bottom is only partially legible. I can get the characters "SAFE T" and then maybe two more are smeared around the outer ring of the bottom, so I doubt it was even going to contain useful information if it was legible (unless less some of the characters completely missed the can).
Pours an orange color, somewhat hazy and somewhat translucent, with one particularly noticeable floaty marring its uniformity. Putting a light behind it reveals a whole school of smaller swimmers. Don't worry, they appear to be inert. It's not the worst looking sediment I've seen, but it doesn't make the beer pretty. Smell is mild old hay and maybe old orange peel.
Taste is not so bad. Leans more toward old orange peel than old hay, but seems to be past its prime. Some overripe fruit juiciness and some mild citrus rind bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, highly effervescent. Overall...I'm not a huge fan of this beer on this day. I would definitely try it again if I could be confident it was fresh. I would highly recommend to the brewery -- if you're going to bother stamping the cans, put useful information on it.
