64 ounce growler
Served in a beer flute
This beer pours amber in color with golden highlights. It is capped with a scant off-white head that leaves no lacing.
It has a tart aroma. It smells like a sour wheat.
The taste is sour with a lemony flavor.
Moderate to thin mouthfeel
I like this beer a lot. It is a nice sour wheat. I tried this at the taproom and had to get a growler because my female acquaintance liked it too. There are good things coming from a new brewery.

This is a tart wheat ale. I think the sour aspect of it was not quite deliberate, but it came off quite well. Nice and refreshing. Sour seems well mixed in. Almost like a berliner/hefe hybrid. Easy to drink. A happy accident.
