This beer is aged in peach and cherry brandy barrels. You get the smell and taste of the brandy as well as the oak from the barrels. It's excellent stuff, and a bit of a surprise at this not very well known brewery on Snoqualmie Pass. Well worth a stop on your way across I-90.
