As proud members of Yakima Chief Hop’s FWD program, we brewed a classic West Coast India Pale Ale showcasing the experimental hop variety HBC-638. Paired with Simcoe® and Citra® hops, this ale highlights punchy citrus and tropical fruit aromas, balanced by subtle earthy and grassy notes. It is crisp, layered, and refreshing.
