It’s all about the aroma. We worked hard to create an IPA that celebrates our hop’s wonderful nose. While it is just as much an IPA with its bold bitter notes, a well balanced malt presence keeps this IPA nice and smooth.

Hmm. Did I buy this or was it part of a drop-off from/by my local, in-person trader, @tone77 ? I might have grabbed it to fill out a mix-a-six, but I am disinclined to buy bottles at this point. Hmm.
From the Bottle: "A sweet, hoopy aromatic offering. We worked hard to craft an IPA that was balanced yet still had the crisp, refreshing hop charm of India Pale Ales. With a malty finish smoothing out the hop bite, we are left with the sublime tropical fruit and floral hop aromas. A true olfactory experience."; "Proudly Brewed In Hanover, PA".
I Pop!ped the cap & began an aggro pour simply because I wanted to see what I was getting. It responded by puffing up to become two fingers of dense, foamy, rocky head with decent retention in the face of today's heat & humidity. Color was Deep-Amber/Light-Copper to Copper (SRM = > 13, < 17) with NE-quality clarity. Nose had an oaky, woody, pine-like quality along with a subtle maltiness that made me think of an ENGLISH IPA, not an AIPA. Mouthfeel was medium. The taste was nutty, oaky, woody, less pine than on the nose, lots of toasted biscuity/bready malts, all reinforcing my supposition that this was an EIPA. Finish was semi-dry, more toasty & biscuity than bitter and/or hop-driven. Not bad, but not really an AIPA. YMMV.

Poured from a brown 12 oz. bottle. Has a bronze color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of citrus, some tropical fruits. Taste is citrus, pine, light malts, mild bitterness, very easy drinking. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a pretty good beer.

Daughter and I shared a glass last weekend at Aldus. Both of us thought it was a tasty brew with a good hop bill and a smooth drinkability. Nice brew. We were just tasting through some half pours, but this would go great with food.Would match up well with pizza, sandwiches, wings, etc.

They had it in bottles but I had it on draft. Clear amber/brown with limited off white head, some lacing but not strong. Liked the hoppy aroma, some citrus with a background of the the more flowery and even a little pine. Taste was similar, very enjoyable. Medium mouthfeel with limited lingering bitter and a touch of cloying. Not sure why it got hit hard by other, I felt it was a tasty IPA and I am not generally an IPA guy.
