Had on tap and later via crowler from Aldus Brewing. Part of their Transcendental Hop Series. This "1st Life" entry grabs some lesser seen hops that both have some nice floral, fruit forward aromas and taste. Ale features Ekuanot hops along with a German Hallertau Blanc. The citrusy Ekaunot melds well with the fruity "blanc" for a very pleasant hop character but not over bitter. Decent malt backbone and very smooth to drink.Really enjoyed it...thus the crowler.
