This lager wraps you up with a warm, burly, malt flavor and balanced hop aroma. Bold, sweet and toasty notes of hardy grain flavors lead to a mild bitter, dry finish.

Really dark red/brown with a thin, beige head. Malty, doughy smell. Taste malty with little citrus. Full body with a slight bitterness. Very nicely balanced example of an amber. Definitely pick it up again, if I can find it

12 oz can poured into a pilsner glass. Pours on the darker side of the spectrum for an amber lager. Nice fluffy head, which mostly quickly fades away. Aroma and flavor offer toasty malt - very nice. It's fairly hoppy and somewhat bitter, more than I prefer for the style - citrus, some pine and spice. Overall a decent amber but not something I'd buy again.
