Served on-tap at the brewpub itself, on to the beer:
Clean bodied, yellow colored, and topped with a modest soapy head on top. A few strings of lace cling to the glass. Barão Eschwege hits the mark for the dortmunder style. The beer has a noticable hoppiness which cuts through the pale malt base. Big grassy and lemon notes run onto the scene, and not only that, but the beer is actually quite smooth and very drinkable.
