Uaimií's seasonal beer during my visit, this beer was consumed on-tap. On to the beer:
Here is an orange colored brew with a half-inch of head which leaves a few spots of lacing onto the glass. its aroma is earthy, enhanced with tea-like aromas, and even a note of dry cocoa powder. The beer is somewhat sweet, not bitter like the name, highlighted by dry earthy tones, unsweetened chocolate, and hops that remind me of tea time. It's a light bodied beer (no idea of the alcohol content here), gentle enhanced by bubbles and left with a clean palate at the end.
I like it. I like it quite a bit.
