Hazy orange color with a very thick head with great retention and leaving a wall of laces.
Shy aroma with predominant notes of dry hay and a bit of inverted sugar.
Flavor with notes of pineapple, lemongrass, lemonade, some Belgian accent from the yeast, spices and peaches. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness. It sure feels lower than 39 IBUs. The brewer said they were cool with the temperature.
Light to medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Flavor starts sweet until citrusy and fruity hops come to rescue. Quite mild, I would rather think this as an American Blond with Belgian accent.
