Pours a black color. 1/5 inch head of an off-tan color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of sweet malt, lactose, slight oatmeal, hint of roasted malt, and slight citrus hops. Fits the style of an American Stout. Mouth feel is sharp and clean, with a low carbonation level. Tastes of sweet malt, lactose, slight oatmeal, slight dark citrus, hint of roasted malt, hint of alcohol, and slight citrus hops. Overall, good appearance, aroma, feel, body, complexity, and blend.
