Pours a clear brown color. 1/4 inch head of an off-tan color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of nut, sweet malt, yeast, slight Belgian yeast, and slight citrus hops. Fits the style of a Dunkleweizen. Mouth feel is smooth and clean, with a low carbonation level. Tastes of nut, sweet malt, yeast, slight Belgian yeast, and slight citrus hops. Overall, good appearance, exceptionally smooth, good blend, but lacking in wheat characteristics.
