the can reads 4.7%abv poured chilled into a spiegelgau IPA glass
the color is lightly hazed amber with thick full off white head with very good retention
The aroma is faintly fruity with a citrus hop scent and mild pine odor
there is a good amount of bitterness in the feel with toasted texture of malt yet moderate carbonation and dry in finish
the taste is refreshing with citrus in hops yet semi sweet malt foundation with slight yeast in the taste with light bready quality. The hops have subtle pine and grass accents to the grapefruit notes with more balance in the finish as the hop resins coat the mouth
This is a very tast y session strength IPA that I would drink again. Not exceptional but a solid well crafted ale

Pours a pale yellow with greenish hues and a white head.
Smells of fresh grass earthy hops and pale malt.
Taste is thin and a bit watery but not unpleasant. Tasty earthy hops and grass with nice citrus notes.

Poured into a 12 oz Long Trail Limbo Snulip glass, not sure when it was bottled. Pours a fairly dark slightly hazy orange with a two finger sticky white head that leaves plenty of thin walls of lace.
Smell is tangerine, apricot, pine, and grapefruit.
Taste follows mainly pine and grapefruit with some tropical tangerine and maybe a little apricot.
Mouthfeel is actually pretty big for only being 5%, plenty of carbonation, maybe a tad dry, and goes down easy but much more flavor than most Session IPAs.
Overall I actually really am digging this beer and session IPA is not something I like much, but this one stands out. Thanks jzeilinger for this one.

12 oz bottle that came direct from the brewery.
A - Medium to dark copper gold color with soapy lacing and mild carbonation.
S - Nose is light with some sweet caramel malt and light citrus, papaya, pineapple. Some fruity dankness.
T - A little bit of caramel malt nips at the tongue initially before changing over to some "perfumey", candied tropical fruit and then finishing with a moderate citrus/pine bitterness.
M - Big body for a 5% IPA (no complaints here) and has a very dry finish. Lines the mouth with a delicate coating of resiny grittiness.
O - The fruity citrus comes across as being a little on the artificial side.

12oz bottle into snifter appears copper in color with offwhite head.
This smells herbal with light citrus and fruity hop backing. Its fresh and inviting.
The taste has some grassy bitterness blending to neutral fruit character and then mineral laden carbonics. There is an aftertaste lingering of hoppy pith/pulp which is enjoyable.
This is medium to light bodied with modest carbonation. A decent offering, if the carbonic bite could be removed from this it would be top notch.
