Draft offering at the source served in a cervoise. This berliner appears a pale golden yellow with a white cap a finger tall that fades quick leaving spotty lace.

The aroma contains some cereal grains overtop a lemony lactic almost yogurt feel. The nose is clean, inviting and per style.

The taste is also lemony lactic as the nose indicated with a fresh grain sweetness counterbalanced by a greek yogurt-like tartness. The aftertaste hints at nondescript fruitiness.

This is a light bodied and amply carbonated brew. It is crisp, tart and refreshing which is exactly what I look for in a good berliner. I could effortlessly drink this by the gallon. Color me surprised, I shoulda snagged some crowlers to go.
