poured chilled in a spiegelgau IPA glass
the color is a hazed amber with 3 fingers of pale white head with fine bead
the smell is fruity floral with tropical type hop sent with slight sweet malt and yeast ester
the feel and taste are both very good with a moderately bitter yet semi juicy quality with a light malt sweetness and semi dry texture with yeast present yet hop flavor has a distinctly tropical amost like a papaya element yet not as much melon not as sweet or tangy as mango but hints of pineapple and slightly grassy aspect in the finish
This is a pretty complex hop profile for just one hop it has a slight citrus fruity taste but the aroma might impress me most with a fragrant tropical sweet smell yet has some zesty attributes that carry over into the flavor with a solid ipa base of malt and yeast that augment the hops with a smooth resinous texture
