poured chilled from the can into a tumbler
the color is a golden hazed sppearance with white head that collapses to bead ring with no lace or retention
the smell is mild with slight lemon mixed with salt
the ferl is very saline yet light and dry with mild sour quality
the feel and flavor has a good amount of yeast and malt with gently lemony wheat and prominent salt in the taste which brings you back to the next sip...interesting and well integrated salt with coriander accenting the dry yet lightly tart wheat in the back
This is a decent gose that is more spicy than sour however I enjoy the quaffable quality it delivers
