On tap at Mikerphone. Hazy orange. Smells very citrusy. Tangerine and a little garlic. Tastes of orange, melon, garlic, and a bit of pale malt. Slightly sweet with very low bitterness. Medium body. Very hoppy and pretty light. Nice profile, but could really use some bitterness.

At 5.5% this pale is highly impressive. Bursting with citrus and tropical fruits, soft juicy profile and mild bitterness. Combination of citra, mosaic and equinox works perfectly.

A - Pours an opaque orange yellow color with 1/4 inch white head.
S - Aroma is muted grapefruit.
T - Very nice soft grapefruit flavor with very little bitterness.
M - Average carbonation and mouth feel.
O - I've always felt the best American pale ale's come right up to the edge of being IPA's but pull up just short. This is a very good pale.
