Aroma is lime/lime soda and malts/pale malts. The flavor is lime/mild soda, grains/malts/pale malts, a small spicy hint and a slightly sweet/smooth finish.

I think you need to judge a beer on what the brewer was going for...Mikerphone was looking to nail his take on a Mexican lager and he landed the dismount perfectly IMO. Pours clean golden with a finger-width frothy head. Smell just a hint of lime but the taste....reminds me of warm sand between my toes watching a summer sunset dipping below the horizon. Lager indeed with heavy overtones of lime. Perfect summer beer.
