I bought this because of the name of the beer. I also love the brewery, but I am a big Daft Punk fan. It is a pretty good saision, but there are things that could make it better. Strong Belgian yeast presence, but feels like it’s missing something. Lemony, Brett funk (more assertive on the nose), and a bready feel. Maybe a bit too carbonated for a saison, maybe a bit thin-either way, I want to love it, but there’s just something that keeps it from being great:

Murky pale yellow body, finger of white foam. Smells of lemon, flowers and freshly baked white bread. Taste: lemon hops with baguette, lightly toasted bread, floral yeast. Feel is light and fuller leaning, but ends thinner and airy. Want more yeast development than what I get

Aroma is spicy yeast and grainy/sweet malts/white bread. The flavor is fruit, mild bubblegum and a mix of spicy yeast, light citrus and raisin/white bread sweetness in the finish.
