Bright golden appearance with little head retention. Tropic and piney right from the nose and continues onto the mouth. Dry malt backbone holds up the flavor profile. Outstanding hop presence and terrific brew.

Their latest IPA offering, hopped with Galaxy and Simcoe, is a looker: bright, golden with a generous and smooth white head. The foam slowly settled and left splotches of lacing on the glass. Loved the nose on this one - a bright mix of tropical fruit, pineapple, and piney, earthy notes. The taste followed the nose. The tropical notes from the Galaxy seemed magnified with the supporting piney and earthy notes from the Simcoe. A dry, bready backbone. The feel was super soft as expected. Overall, another outstanding beer.
