Another excellent offering from Bearded Iris, but certainly not introducing anything new here. Hop bill is very similar to Again & Again, as is the overall drinking experience. But that's a compliment, as A&A is one of BI's best early offerings (IMO).
Pours the standard (but very attractive) yellowish-orange BI IPA body with a pretty thick haze but no turbidity or sediment. Gorgeous, fluffy white head that dissipates very slowly and leaves nice patchy lacing all the way down the glass. Some effervescence bubbling up the sides of the glass that continue to feed the head and provide some extra texture to the body of the beer.
Smell is pungent, dank, herbal, and pithy. Lots of citrus juice and wet grass up front, with some mint, biscuit yeast, pine needles, and some tropical fruit at the very end. A little green and astringent.
Taste is a very balanced mix of all of the above, with citrus, stone fruit, and berry from the Simcoe and Citra meshing well with the pine resin, dank hemp, lemongrass, and bitter citrus pith of the C-hops. Certainly more NE IPA than West Coast, but the West Coast IPA base provides a slightly more balanced taste profile. The aftertaste is bitter but soft, with some of that continued greenness and a lot of citrus rind. One of the least sweet of BI's IPAs.
Feel is very silky and substantial. Velvety soft and coating without being sticky. Actually drinking a little lasting head in the last few sips with just adds to the creamy texture.
Good stuff.

Poured from a can into a snifter. Looks typically hazy and bright golden with a modest white head. Huge orange and resiny aroma on the pour, amplified in the glass. The taste followed the nose closely with bright orange citrus, dank resin, and earthy notes. Soft feel with a soft bitterness. This one is one of their better ones IMO.

16 oz. Can
Canned On: 12/05/17
FUCK YEAH! 11 days on this can.
Poured into a Tree House glass a pretty nice cloudy pale yellow color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice thick/creamy one-finger plus white head, which also leaves some pretty nice creamy sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, mango, peach), pretty nice diesel like. The taste is very nice, hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (orange, grapefruit, tangerine, mango, peach), some nice diesel like. Medium body, ABV hidden very well, with a nice little dry/bitter finish. Overall, a very tasty brew. Lot's of different hops in this one, picking up the Citra and Simcoe a little. Fuckn' Addictive! Orange Julius! Thanks John!
