A Double IPA brewed in collaboration with Creature Comforts Brewing, Pinthouse Pizza, & YCH Hops. Bask in the effortlessly smooth and tropical, piña colada reminiscent nectar of citra & simcoe lupulin powder + HBC 438 (yes those are hops and yes you want them in your glass). It’s TIKI TIME.

Thanks goes out to Buck89 for this brew.
16 oz. Can
Canned On: 04/25/18
Poured into a Tree House glass a pretty nice cloudy pale yellow color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger white head, which also leaves some sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, mango), nice diesel like. The taste is very nice, hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (orange, grapefruit, pineapple, tangerine, mango), pretty nice diesel like. Medium body, ABV hidden very well, nice little dry/bitter finish. Overall, a pretty tasty brew. Addictive! Orange Julius! Thanks John!

Canned 4/25/18; drank 5/10/18 @ the Yarchives.
Opaque yellow/orange appearance.
A violent pour yielded a nice white head; frothy lace.
Pineapple & dry grass notes in the nose.
Creamy, medium mouthfeel.
Dry grass, mild grapefruit & faint wheat flavors up front; cream & mild pineapple notes on the finish. No booze heat.
Too dry (cryo?) for me to really love, but the creaminess made it more palatable.

This one was a colab with my favorite local brewery, Creature Comforts so i had to seek it out.
Pours a hazy orange with a finger of bright white head
Smells of pineapple and citrus dominate.
Taste followed, pineapple and sweet citrus. It finishes with a bit of dankness.
Medium bodied good carb level.
Overall a great beer that I can see both brewer's influence on.

Poured from a fresh can into a snifter. Very hazy bright golden color with a modest white head. Big tropical aroma with pineapple, berries, and tangerine. Slight resin as well. The taste was close to the nose. A bit more dank presence underneath big tropical fruit. There was a slight citric acid quality to this that I also enjoy. Somewhat soft feel with moderate bitterness. Overall I like this one.
