Good effort from BI....
Not over the top.... Plenty of hop flavors with a strong malt carriage...
Brewed with Jester King.... Nice collab brew....
A touch muted but still very tasty...

On tap at brewery:
A banana smoothy in color, white grapefruit juice in consistency, lacking head shortly after pour.
Nose is a lightly funky grapefruit, day old peels with the regular juice and pith.
Taste hits with a grainy spritzer with a grapefruit squeeze. Not too complex, but a shift towards pithy with an oat back.
Straightforward, and I thought it a little dull when cold. It opened a little with warmth but not as much as I’d have liked.
